We are bringing to your attention one more issue of the digest the main topic in which is the problems with reforming taxation of oil and gas industry. The Government and Verkhovna Rada initiated the changes to the fees for subsoil use for gas production. The major changes concern the state companies Ukrgazdobycha and Ukrnafta for which the increase from 20% to 70% is planned together with putting up sales price. Also they are reviewing draft laws to decrease the fee for subsoil use for private producers.
