The last year will be remembered in oil and gas industry as an irretrievable loss of time, efforts and investments. All the reforms in the industry boil down to the Law on gas market that will not start working soon. All the hopes of upstream sector relate to decrease of royalty. In the last days of this year Verkhovna Rada is going to adopt the State Budget for 2016 and its draft includes this decrease. There is a hope that the main problem of the industry will remain in the departing year.
