In today’s issue of the digest the primary news are dedicated to the new Draft Law №2352а that suggests decreasing the royalty rate for private gas producers. The Draft Law developed by the Ministry of Finance and approved with the Cabinet of Ministers was submitted to Verkhovna Rada and was supposed to be reviewed on Thursday. However, the discussion of changes to the Constitution and the lack of time didn’t allow for adoption of the bill.
